remote desktop or distance learning service allows
the trainer to connect directly to your computer desktop via
a secure Internet connection and guide you through using and understanding
your software.
Distance learning can be done from the comfort of your own home or office. You have complete control over your computer at all times and if required the trainer can allow you to view their computer screen to demonstrate the software.
