Registration

All participants are required to pay for the course in full to confirm your place. We will confirm your registration on receipt of payment. To secure your place on a training course, you can;

Cancellations and Refunds

Should you need to cancel the course, refunds are available less an administration fee, applied as follows:

Up to 5 business days prior to the commence of course – 10 %
Up to 3 business days prior to the commencement of course – 20%
Less than 3 days – no refund available
Failure to attend a course without notifying neal.IT prior to the course start date, will be considered as non-attendance and the entire course fee will be forfeited.
Advertised course dates are subject to sufficient demand. neal.IT reserves the right to vary course dates, or cancel courses where insufficient bookings have been received. In this case, you will be notified of alternate dates available, and will be refunded the course fees if the alternate dates are inconvenient.
