- Pre-Paid 'Proactive' Onsite Support Plan
Where our trained technicians will give onsite support each month and perform a number of checks and tests to ensure your computer system and network is operating effectively. Pre-planned IT computer support and maintenance.
- Emergency "within 2 hour" Response
When in need of a computer repair that needs to be fixed immediately, we will have a technician providing onsite support within 2 hours.
- Standard Onsite Support Rate
One of our trained technicians will visit your home or office to resolve your computer repair issues.
- Workshop Computer Repair Rate
Bring your computer into our workshop and receive the same high quality service and expertise as our onsite support, but at a discounted rate.
- After Hours Onsite Support
At neal.IT we understand that your business may need support outside of normal business hours. It is extremely important that our customers can contact us out of normal business hours. It's part of providing premium service.
