Conference Room Hire EsperanceIf your business or organisation is hosting a conference, seminar, workshop, product launch or training course in Esperance , we have a the ideal venue for hire.

Our conference room venue is conveniently located 5 minutes from Esperance CBD and just a stroll away from the foreshore.

Conference Room Layout

The room can be used in a number of different layouts:

Seminar Room Style – (as shown in diagram)
This layout will comfortably seat approx 18 people with plenty of space for Notebook computers or writing materials. Conference Room style. Three rows of tables running across the room parallel to the wall with the projector screen. This layout accommodates up to 28 people seated at tables but in a more compact arrangement.

Lecture Room Style
Chairs arranged across the room in rows. (No tables – except for perhaps presenter). This layout accommodates up to 28 people seated in rows.

Food and Refreshments

neal.IT are happy to recommend a number of local caterers should you require food and beverages. We ask that food and drink be served in the kitchen area as this is a hard floored area and easier to clean. A fee will be charged for any cleaning required to the carpet area occurring during your booking period.

Conference room venue parking

Temporary 2 hour parking is available in the main car park outside our offices. For events longer than two hours, extensive 24 hour parking is available immediately opposite neal.IT and we ask that you ensure all your attendees park in the 24 Hour Parking area only.
